Returns and Refunds

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a return. Returned gift boxes must be returned in an unused and saleable condition for a refund to be processed. Customised/personalised items, such as where names or specific text have been added to items, are not eligible for returns unless under certain conditions.
